Being a hard worker really pays off. Practicing helps you get better at things and lets you be what you want to be. Just like Tyler Haws, he worked really hard to become a good basketball player. He worked hard to be just like his father. He would wake up every morning to practice how to shoot the ball at least for two hours along with his father help. Just by having that routine it payed off and he's proud of it. He won a two state championships. A WORK IN PROGRESS.
